Italian Fest & Fundraiser 2025 at Hamilton Square

Caffe Italia will be celebrating our 50th year in business and ribbon cutting commemorating our 1st year in our new home at our upcoming La Dolce Vita Dei 50 Italian Fest & Fundraiser, on Saturday, June 28, 2025 in the Hamilton Square parking lot located at 2080 Western Avenue, Guilderland, NY 12084. The event will be reminiscent of a traditional block party which will include an array of Italian street food alongside local business vendors. Activities include 50/50 raffles, family friendly games, music, dancing, and more!

Our mission is to not only bring our community together to celebrate this special occasion, but more importantly, bring awareness to food scarcity and inequality impacting youth and families in our community. Proceeds from this event will benefit The South End Children’s Café. The South End Children’s Cafe is a local non-profit organization whose mission is to feed the minds, bodies and souls of the youth in our community. Monday through Friday the staff and volunteers work tirelessly to provide free nutritious meals, and nurture positive relationships by sharing food, stories, and laughs around the table. In addition to free meals, they also offer a variety of academic & artistic enrichment activities.

We would be most grateful if you would consider joining Caffe Italia’s efforts by becoming a sponsor of our La Dolce Vita Dei 50 Italian Fest & Fundraiser. In exchange for your generous sponsorship contribution, you will receive special thanks recognition on all of our social media platforms, display signage at the event, a Caffe Italia swag bag, and VIP lounge passes. VIP benefits include specialty foods and spirits inside our restaurant, and access to private lavatories. You will also be offered a chance to win “OWNING” a table of four at Caffe Italia from July 2025-December 2025. All proceeds generated from your sponsorship contribution will directly benefit The South End Children’s Cafe.

Vendor Registration

Vendor spaces are available for $75 (for-profit) and $30 (non-profit). All vendors must bring their own equipment. Setup/breakdown times and space assignments will be provided closer to the event date.
